Application checklist

The TOIndia Summer School office must clear applications before they are submitted for the selection process. Here is a list of what applicants are required to send:

 

Professionals

All that is needed for your application to be accepted is that you fill in and submit the application form (you can download it here in Word doc or Pdf), and send an updated CV to the School (toindia.to@gmail.com). As soon as both documents are with the secretary, they will be put together in your personal application file and sent to the selection committee.

 

Postgraduate students

Postgraduate students are required to:

  1. fill in and submit to the School (toindia.to@gmail.com) the application form which can be downloaded here in Word doc or Pdf;
  2. send an updated CV to the School (toindia.to@gmail.com);
  3. send to the same address (toindia.to@gmail.com) a copy of the official enrolment letter/certification testifying their current student status and a copy of the current academic transcript  (both in PDF or JPEG format).

The latter two documents may be synthesized into one.

As soon as the documents are with the secretary, they will be put together in your personal application file and sent to the selection committee.

 

Undergraduate students

Undergraduate students are required to:

  1. fill in and submit to the School (toindia.to@gmail.com) the application form can be downloaded here in Word doc or Pdf;
  2. send an updated CV to the School office (toindia.to@gmail.com);
  3. send to the same address (toindia.to@gmail.com) a copy of the official enrolment letter/certification testifying their current student status and a copy of current and past academic transcripts (both in PDF or JPEG format).

The latter two documents may be synthetized into one, but they must spell out clearly that the student is enrolled in a India-related programme;

As soon as the documents are with the secretary, they will be put together in your personal application file and sent to the selection committee.

 

Students applying for a Freetorino scholarship

All students – whether undergraduate or postgraduate – applying for a Freetorino scholarship must fill in, sign and send via email (toindia.to@gmail.com, again PDF or JPEG format) a document testifying that their place of residence is located outside the province of Torino, in addition to all the previous stated documents.
